Scope and agreement
An initial inquiry is not an order. The proposal must identify the actual publisher, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, currency, applicable charges, payment milestones, schedule, retention period, and cancellation and remedy terms.
No publisher substitution, extra cost, material scope change, or final publication is approved merely because the customer has not replied.
Matching and content changes
Preliminary assessment and matching are free. Up to two consolidated rounds of alternative candidates are available for the same brief before execution. Suitable inventory is not guaranteed. A substantially changed brief requires reassessment.
Where content creation is included, two consolidated in-scope revision rounds are the default, subject to confirmation in the proposal. A change after execution starts must account for approved completed work and committed costs, which are explained before proceeding.
Publication and issue handling
Publication requires explicit written approval of the final content. The customer supplies accurate claims and material they have the right to use. Publisher editorial review and agreed commercial disclosure remain part of the process.
If delivery differs from the agreement, we first seek correction. If correction is not possible, the agreed approved-replacement or refund remedy applies to undelivered items. Correctly completed and approved work is accounted for separately. Exact retention and remedy conditions must be agreed before commitment.
Customers are asked to report delivery issues within five business days. Silence is not a waiver of the agreed retention or remedy terms.
Outcomes and observation
Search indexing, rankings, traffic, leads, brand mentions, and AI citations are not guaranteed. Any purchased observation service is limited to the recorded products, questions, dates, and checking conditions. A missing citation is not itself a publication delivery failure.
