What we can assess for your project
The first-version working scope is English-language article coordination for brands and agencies. We assess each brief before accepting work, then confirm that suitable publishing and writing support is available.
| Area | Scope and confirmation |
|---|---|
| Language | English project communication and English-language articles. Other languages are outside the initial scope unless suitable support is separately confirmed. |
| Topics and industries | Commercial brand information and reader-focused business or product topics. We assess the specific subject and supporting evidence; no industry-specific publisher inventory is represented as verified. |
| Audience markets | Tell us which country or audience you want to reach. Availability and audience evidence are checked for each candidate; there is no guaranteed country-wide or global publisher network. |
| Publishing format | A named website and an agreed article format, subject to editorial acceptance. Distribution, syndication, newsletters, and social promotion are included only if specifically confirmed. |
| Writing | Client-supplied drafts or separately scoped content creation, with a named writing responsibility and confirmed support. |
| Minimum commitment | You can begin with a single article inquiry. Preliminary assessment and matching are free; project costs are quoted before execution. |
Support from brief to delivery
Assess the brief
We clarify your audience, topics, budget, market, and timing. Initial assessment and preliminary matching are free. If suitable resources are unavailable, we say so.
Match the publisher
Where available, receive one to three candidates with domains, content examples, reasons for the fit, and confirmed commercial conditions. Review the actual publication before committing.
Coordinate the content
Supply an existing draft or request content creation. The proposal names who writes, who reviews, the agreed scope, and the included revision rounds.
Follow publication through
We coordinate approval and scheduling, check the live page against the agreement, and provide publication records. Retention and remedies are set out before execution.
Content we can help coordinate
Independent product testing, guaranteed favorable reviews, original research, data licensing, and earned press are outside the standard launch service. A request needing specialist evidence or review must be assessed before any scope is accepted.
Brand or company introduction
Explain what the business does, who it serves, and which claims can be supported. Commercial publication is disclosed; it is not presented as unsolicited editorial recognition.
Topic-led sponsored article
Address a useful reader question with relevant brand context and traceable supporting material, subject to the publication’s topic and editorial requirements.
Product or service explainer
Present documented features, use cases, limitations, and buyer considerations. A specification-based article is identified as such and is not described as hands-on testing.
An existing draft for editorial review
Coordinate review of a supplied article against the selected publication’s requirements. Acceptance, rewriting needs, and additional costs are established before commitment.
Two ways to approach content
Major changes of topic, new research, translations, and additional revision rounds are quoted separately. Content creation is offered only when suitable writing support is confirmed.
| Option | You provide | Included when agreed |
|---|---|---|
| Bring your draft | A draft, source material, and rights to supplied assets. | Editorial coordination, agreed revisions, approval, and publication follow-up. |
| Request content creation | A factual brief, brand material, sources, and an approver. | An agreed content brief, original draft, two consolidated in-scope revision rounds, and publication coordination. |
AI citation observation
Observation is a separate, limited service, available only when its scope and execution can be confirmed. Your proposal specifies the AI products, questions, query frequency, dates, and reporting format.
Records distinguish a brand mention from a citation linking to the published page. They include the query, product and visible model information where available, date, source URL, and supporting evidence. An observed answer is a snapshot, not a promise of future visibility.
A result not found in the agreed sample is reported as “not observed in these checks.” It does not establish that the brand or page has never appeared.
Defined work. Clear boundaries.
This is a managed publishing coordination service. Full-site technical SEO, ongoing GEO management, independent product testing, and continuous monitoring are outside the launch scope unless separately agreed.
We do not sell guaranteed AI citations, rankings, traffic, leads, or independent editorial endorsement. Sponsored content is identified as commercial content.
