What happens after you get in touch
Send your name, email, brand or website, and a few sentences about what you need. Budget is optional. You do not need to choose a publisher or prepare a full brief first.
We clarify the request
We reply to the email you provide, confirm our understanding, and ask about the audience, market, timing, content, or budget only where needed. Sending an inquiry creates no purchase obligation.
We assess feasibility
We check whether the brief fits the service and whether suitable resources can be confirmed. If the request is outside scope or a match is unavailable, we explain the limitation.
You review a concrete next step
Where feasible, we present named candidates and their conditions, or explain what further information is needed. No fee is charged for preliminary assessment and matching.
Timing is confirmed in the conversation
We do not publish a fixed reply or sourcing deadline before operating hours and resource availability are established. Any project schedule is agreed after its dependencies are known.
From inquiry to handover
01 — Say hello
Send your name, email, brand or website, and a short message. Budget is optional. We clarify audience, market, timing, and other project details together by email.
02 — Review candidates
Where resources are available, review one to three named publishers, sample content, the proposed fit, and commercial conditions. Ask for alternatives before execution if needed.
03 — Agree the proposal
Confirm the publisher, deliverables, fees, writing arrangements, revisions, dates, retention, cancellation terms, and payment milestones. Work begins after written agreement and the agreed initial payment.
04 — Prepare and approve
We coordinate the brief and editorial review. Where writing is included, two consolidated in-scope revision rounds are the default. Publication requires your explicit written approval of the final version.
05 — Publish and check
We follow the agreed schedule and check the published content, links, disclosure, and page accessibility. Changes or delays are discussed by email.
06 — Receive delivery
Receive the live URL, publication date, agreed check results, and any separately commissioned observation report. Please flag delivery issues within five business days; silence does not waive agreed remedies.
If the fit isn’t right
Candidate changes and manuscript revisions are separate allowances. A lack of AI citations does not trigger automatic replacement or refund.
| Stage | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| Before execution | Up to two rounds of alternative candidates for the same brief, without a preliminary matching fee. Share consolidated feedback so we can refine the fit. |
| No suitable match | You can end the inquiry without a preliminary matching charge. Availability is never assumed. |
| The brief changes | A new market, topic, budget, or service scope requires reassessment and may change the price and schedule. |
| Work has started | We explain completed work and committed costs before agreeing a change. No additional charge or substitute publisher is accepted on your behalf without approval. |
| A publisher cannot deliver | We propose a replacement for your approval or refund the undelivered line items under the written agreement. Properly completed and approved work is accounted for separately. |
| A published page differs from the agreement | We first seek correction. If the issue cannot be resolved, the agreed replacement or refund remedy applies. |
Project-based pricing. Written first.
There is no launch subscription or fixed package price. Each proposal separates publisher fees, content creation where required, MXMMM coordination fees, and optional services. Currency, applicable taxes, and payment charges are stated explicitly.
Quotes are normally valid for seven calendar days. Publisher availability and scheduling are reconfirmed before commitment. Staged payment is preferred where possible; any supplier prepayment requirement is disclosed before you agree.
Publication timing begins from the agreed prerequisites, including payment, source materials, and approvals. Client or publisher delays require a revised schedule rather than an invented delivery guarantee.
Your proposal names the destination
The actual domain, publication format, content scope, price, and delivery terms are available for review before payment.
Silence is never publication approval
If feedback is missing, the work pauses and we follow up. We do not publish a draft because an approval window has elapsed.
Changes are agreed in writing
Completed work, nonrecoverable commitments, revised fees, and any refund calculation are itemized. Service failure is handled under the agreed remedy, not a blanket nonrefundable-fee rule.
Common questions
What do I need for my first inquiry?
Just your name, email, brand or website, and a short message. Budget is optional. If you represent a confidential client, you can describe the industry initially; we clarify the details by email.
Do you cover my industry or target country?
We assess each subject and audience market against available publishers and evidence. English-language articles are the initial working scope. A sector or country is confirmed in your proposal, not assumed from a general network claim.
What if I don’t know my budget yet?
Leave the budget field blank. We can clarify the scope first and discuss suitable cost options. An inquiry does not commit you to a quoted project.
When will I receive a reply or shortlist?
Reply timing and resource research depend on operating availability and the brief. We confirm expectations by email rather than promising an unverified turnaround. A shortlist is proposed only when relevant options can be confirmed.
Can I see the publisher before paying?
Yes. The proposal identifies the actual website, examples, scope, and commercial terms. We do not ask you to buy an unidentified publishing destination.
Can I use my own content?
Yes, subject to the publisher’s editorial review. Any editing or additional writing is confirmed in the proposal.
How long will publication take?
Timing depends on the publication, content scope, and approval process. The written proposal gives the expected milestones and explains what they depend on.
How long does the page stay online?
The retention period and any removal exceptions are confirmed with the publisher and written into your proposal. We do not promise permanent publication.
Do you guarantee AI citations?
No. Publication and agreed delivery checks are service deliverables. Indexing, search rankings, traffic, and AI citations are not guaranteed.
Can an agency manage several client projects?
Yes, the service is designed to accommodate separate briefs and approval contacts. Batch requirements and any confidential or white-label handling must be agreed in advance.
Can I inspect a sample before inquiring?
The Examples page shows three clearly marked fictional demonstrations: a publisher recommendation, a project proposal, and a delivery record. They show the format and decision points, not real client results or available inventory.
